Frequently asked questions Can I have customised or personalised products? We specialize in mass customization of epoxy resin products. We believe that nature is the best creator, as every tree species has its unique grain, color, curve, and shape, and we strive to make the most beautiful product for you. Share your designs with us. We will love to manufacture them as per your requirements. Please specify color, size, location, and other specifications for a quick and easy quote. We will provide photos and videotapes for you at intervals throughout the production process & before dispatch, you will have final pictures of your ordered products. What care procedures shall I follow? ▪️ Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, as it is harmful to any wood, no matter how well it is processed.▪️ Use a microfiber to wipe the surface. Please add dish soap to the cloth to clean the surface if it’s dirty.▪️ The distance between the item and heating elements or devices should be at least one meter.▪️ Avoid placing the furniture on an uneven surface or placing unusual loads on it.▪️ Do not use solvents such as Acetone, gasoline, or alcohol on furniture.▪️ Do not use abrasives on products.▪️ Do not place hot objects on the surface of the product. Please use coasters & placemats.▪️ Do not drop heavy items on the table; this can result in dents or chips.▪️ Do not move or place items with sharp metal edges to prevent scratches from forming. How long will my package take to arrive? Production can take up to 2 weeks as our artisans handcraft every product. Great things are worth the wait, right? We can reproduce every product in our shop.
